I used to have an Aurora, but it wasn't the GTS-1, but the normal Aurora.

It was a 1997 model with a police livery .

Yeah. I'm hoping to rebuild as much of my old collection as I can, along with a few that I wasn't able to get before, and some newer ones.

It's pretty sad when my collection only consists of three NASCAR cars, although one of them is a 2001 Daytona 500 car . Although, in that case, it's even more sad.

That's what I'm doing as well.

I was cleaning out my room a couple of weeks back and I came across a yellow Plymouth Roadrunner and a blue BMW 850csi. I had seen people here posting their collections and decided to get into the game.

I actually bought that police livery Aurora you are speaking of this weekend from a collector place in Edmonton and I also picked up the civilian Aurora in mint green as well.

Seems almost every time someone does, there's one similar or the same as one I used to have. Not every time, but I'd say at least...75% of the time, maybe 80%.

A lot of Hot Wheels cars back then seem to be available with at least two different types of windows.

this one has clear windows . I picked up 27 cars from this place all of them at least 10 years old(one is 23 yeras old) new in package for $1.50 a piece. even bought a Dodge Caravan

I used to have a Caravan, but mine was a 1998 First Editions one, which is purple with a large stripe with Caravan in it.

I have 2 of these, lol, so I went to O'reilly to try and find the 240z and Tyrell, as Walmart's, Target, and King Soopers (Kroger) all don't have them, and apparently my O'reilly doesn't carry Hotwheels at all... -.-

My closest Toys R Us is still a bit of a drive but might have to try it, guess I can have some fun driving on the back roads to get there though :)
